c-RGD-SH TFA is a ligand for integrin alphavbeta3 (Integrin alphavbeta3). When conjugated with core-crosslinked polymeric micelles (CCPM), it can be used to synthesize bimodal nanoparticle probes. These probes, labeled with Cy7 and 111In, are applicable in SPECT and NIRF imaging of tumors.
