JR11-PEG3-DOTA-PSMA-03 (Compound 2) is a RDC-related compound consisting of the chelator DOTA, the JR11 peptide (an SSTR2 antagonist), and a PSMA ligand. It binds to SSTR2 and PSMA with IC50 values of 94.0 nM and 81.8 nM, respectively. JR11-PEG3-DOTA-PSMA-03 can be radiolabeled with [68Ga] and the [68Ga]-labeled version is utilized in diagnostic studies of neuroendocrine-differentiated prostate cancer.
