DHT-OVA is a conjugate of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) with an OVA peptide, serving as an antigen-adjuvant complex. This conjugation strengthens the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. The conjugate does not alter protein folding or damage key epitopes, and it improves cross-presentation as well as the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
