Cy5-UTP sodium (10mM in Water) is a Cyanine5-labeled UTP analog used in in vitro transcription reactions to generate fluorescent probes, with excitation/emission wavelengths of 650/665 nm. It is applicable in FISH, multicolor fluorescence analysis, and is particularly useful for dual-color expression arrays involving Cy5-UTP.
