GNE-6776 is a selective USP7 inhibitor that non-covalently targets USP7 (IC50 value at 1.34 µM) to attenuate ubiquitin binding, thus inhibiting deubiquitinase activity. It induces tumour cell death and enhances cytotoxicity with chemotherapeutic agents and targeted compounds including PIM kinase inhibitors.
