Deiodinase, Iodothyronine, Type II (DIO2) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Rat) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of DIO2 in rat tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.78 -50ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.24ng/ml Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
