Glucagon (GC) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Chicken) is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of GC in gallus serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 18.5-1,500pg/ml Sensitivity: 6.75pg/ml Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
