Lactoperoxidase (LPO) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Bovine) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of LPO in bovine tear, breast milk and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.156-10ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.061ng/ml Kit Components: 1. Pre-coated, ready to use 96-well strip plate, 1x96 wells 2. Standard (lyophilized), 2x1vial 3. Detection Reagent A (100X), 1x120ul 4. Detection Reagent B (100X), 1x120ul 5. TMB Substrate, 1x9ml 6. Wash Buffer (30X), 1x20ml 7. Standard Diluent, 1x20ml 8. Assay Diluent A (2X), 1x6ml 9. Assay Diluent B (2X), 1x6ml 10. Stop Solution, 1x6ml Storage and Stability: The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20C upon receipt while the others should be at 4C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
