Recombinant protein corresponding to Met1-Leu351 from mouse CXCR6, expressed in CHO cells.
CXCR6, is a G protein- coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells from BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CXCR6 and eGFP. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 620-650nm Emission: 660-670nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
