Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to Glu239~Asp350 from mouse Glial Cell Line Derived Neurotrophic Factor Receptor Alpha 1, fused to His-Tag & GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~42.4kD Applications: Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% trehalose, Proclin300. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM PBS, pH 7.4 to 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex
