Molecular Weight: ~13.8kD Applications: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.01% SKL, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM PBS, pH 7.4 to 0.1-1mg/ml. Do not vortex Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
