Binds the Fc portion of human IgG1, IgG2, and IgG4 as well as mouse IgG2a and IgG2b, also binds rabbit, porcine, guinea pig, and canine IgG. Though not tested, Western Blot, Purification and Immunoprecipitation have been reported in literature. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products may be stored at -20C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
