Component of the CRD-mediated complex that promotes MYC mRNA stabilization. Binds to pre-mRNA. Has high affinity for scaffold-attached region (SAR) DNA. Binds to double- and single-stranded DNA and RNA. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
