Produktbeschreibung

Tissue powders are produced by saline wash of ruptured cells obtained from tissue and multiple precipitations in acetone, removing lipids. Suitable for use as a specific adsorbent to remove unwanted reactivities or as a source material. It is relatively stable, and is used in the preparation of some enzymes. Source: Isolated from sexually mature, healthy, fasted rabbits. Appearance: White to off-white powder Solubility: Soluble in distilled water or dilute buffer. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
