Produktbeschreibung

This gene encodes the catalytic subunit of the DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK). It functions with the Ku70/Ku80 heterodimer protein in DNA double strand break repair and recombination. The protein encoded is a member of the PI3/PI4-kinase family. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2010] Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
