Selective Epac activator, cAMP analog. Induces Rap activation and junction tightening in HUVECs, triggers adhesion of Jurkat-Epac1 cells to fibronectin. This product is a mixture of axial and equatorial isomers. Both isomers give 8CPT-2Me-cAMP after esterase cleavage.
