Potent and selective extracellular signal-related kinase 2 (ERK2) inhibitor (Ki values are <2, 395, 540 and 852nm for ERK2, GSK-3, Aurora Kinase A and Cdk2 respectively). Potently blocks proliferation of HT29 cells (IC50 = 48nm). Orally bioavailable. Sequence: C24H20Cl2FN5O2 Solubility: DMSO (~100mM), Ethanol (~25mM) Molecular Weight: ~500.35 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
