Detection Range: 1250-20,000pg/ml Sensitivity: 522pg/ml Intra-Assay CV: <10% Inter-Assay CV: <12% Kit Components: *157545A: Microtiter Plate, 1x48 wells or 1x96 wells *157545B: Standard, 2x1 vial 157545C: Standard Diluent, 1x10ml or 1x20ml *157545D: Detection Reagent A (green), 1x60ul or 1x120ul *157545E: Detection Reagent B (red), 1x60ul or 1x120ul 157545F: Assay Diluent A, 1x6ml or 1x12ml 157545G: Assay Diluent B, 1x6ml or 1x12ml 157545H: Substrate A, 1x5ml or 1x10ml *157545J: Positive Control, 9506.2pg/ml, 1x1vial 157545K: Substrate B, 1x1ml or 1x2ml 157545L: Wash Buffer (30X), 1x10ml or 1x20ml Storage and Stability: Store *157545A, *157545B, *157545D, *157545E and *157545J at -20C. After reconstitution of *157545J, store at 4C and use within 5 days. Store all the other components at 4C. Unused kit is stable for 6 months after receipt. Once kit components are opened, it is highly recommended to use remaining reagents within 1 month provided this is within the expiration date of the kit. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vials after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Assay Procedure Summary: 1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards. 2. Add 50ul standard or sample to each well. And then add 50ul prepared Detection Reagent A immediately. Shake and mix. Incubate 1 hour at 37C. 3. Aspirate and wash 3 times. 4. Add 100ul prepared Detection Reagent B. Incubate 30 minutes at 37C. 5. Aspirate and wash 5 times. 6. Add 100ul Substrate Solution. Incubate 10 minutes at 37C. 7. Read RLU value immediately.
