Produktbeschreibung

Solubility: 100mM in DMSO and 100mM in ethanol Molecular Weight: ~213.24 Biological Activity: Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 (SCD1) inhibitor. Used to selectively eliminate undifferentiated human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) from culture, induces ER stress, attenuates protein synthesis and induces apoptosis in hPSCs. Prevents teratoma formation in immunocompromised mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
