PSIP is involved in lens epithelial cell gene regulation and stress responses. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa349-455 from PSIP, fused to His-Tag and thioredoxin at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
