Produktbeschreibung

A potent cell-permeable, metabolically-stable activator of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA). Induces guanine nucleotide exchange factor activity of GEFI (also known as Epac) and GEFII towards Rap1 both in vivo and in vitro. Significantly more lipophilic and cell-permeable than Sp-cAMPS. Formula: C10H10BrN5O5PS Na Solubility: H2O (40mg/ml) Molecular Weight: 446.1 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
