Produktbeschreibung

A pyrimidinyl sulfonamide compound that acts as a potent, reversible and CaM non-competitive inhibitor of CaMKII activities (IC50 = 0.063uM) with excellent selectivity over several kinases (IC50 = >60, 36, 11, 30 and 21uM for CaMKIV, MLCK, p38alpha, Akt1 and PKC, respectively). Shown to exhibit ~25-fold greater potency towards CaMKII than the CaM-competitive inhibitor KN-93. Formula: C29H30ClN5O2S Solubility: DMSO Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
