Produktbeschreibung

Potent beta-lactamase-resistant antibiotic of cephalosporin class. Active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms, including Gram-negative anaerobes. Inhibits cell wall synthesis. Synonyms: (6R,7R)-3-Acetoxymethyl-7-((Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamido)-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylate Solubility: H2O Primary Target: Gram-positive Secondary Target: Gram-negative Molar Mass: 477.5 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
