Produktbeschreibung

A benzoxazinone compound that acts as a potent inhibitor of human leukocyte elastase (IC50 = 29.5nM), likely by covalently modifying active site serine. Shown to inhibit elastase secretion (IC50 = 80.8nM), but not O2- generation, in fLMP-stimulated primary human neutrophil cultures. Reported to reduce neutrophil infiltration in lung after hemorrhagic shock in rats in vivo (1mg/kg, i.v.). Solubility: DMSO Primary Target: Elastase Molar Mass: 336.6 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
