A highly potent and selective non-alkaloid positive allosteric modulator of Kappa-opioid receptors (Ki = 4.3nM and 16nM for native and cloned kappa-opioid receptors, respectively). Also acts as a D2DR partial agonist (Ki = 5-10nM). Used in studies of addition.
