Produktbeschreibung

A cell-permeable benzenesulfonamide compound that selectively antagonizes TRPV4 agonist 4a-PDD-stimulated Ca2+ influx (IC50 = 2.3, 3.2 and 5.9uM, respectively, in HEK293 expressing human, rat, or mouse TRPV4) without affecting the activity of three other human TRP (transient receptor potential) channels, including capsaicin- activated TRPV1, camphor-activated TRPV3, and methanol-activated TRPM8 (IC50 >30uM). Formula: C14H22Cl2N2O2S Molecular Weight: 353.3 Solubility: DMSO (50mg/ml, pale yellow solution) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
