Produktbeschreibung

A highly potent, selective positive allosteric modulator for mGlu receptor subtype 4 (EC50 = 0.8 and 0.7uM at human and rat mGlu4 receptors respectively). Does not interact with other mGluR subtypes. Significant antiparkinsonian effects in two preclinical rodent models of Parkinsons disease when administered intracerebroventricularlly (icv). Formula: C14H14Cl2NNaO3 Solubility: H2O Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
