Produktbeschreibung

Influenza A virus causes influenza in birds and some mammals and is the only species of Influenzavirus A. Influenzavirus A is a genus of the Orthomyxoviridae family of viruses. Strains of all subtypes of influenza A virus have been isolated from wild birds, although disease is uncommon. Influenza A viruses are negative sense, single-stranded, segmented RNA viruses. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Hemagglutinin Inhibition. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Affinity Constant: ~1.2x10e10L/mole Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
