Recombinant VP1 protein from Human Coxsackievirus B1 (Tucson strain). The antigen is produced from the C-terminus (aa487-646) of the VP1 protein. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa487-646 of human Coxsackievirus B1 (Tucson), fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~26.7kD Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
