Kit Components: Lysis Buffer, 1x33ml Lysis Enhancer Solution, 1x4.4ml Acidified Phenol:Chloroform, 1x50ml Spin Column with Collection Tubes, 50 Wash Buffer 1, 1x35ml Wash Buffer 2 (Concentrated), 1x7ml RNase-Free Water, 1x6ml Quality Control: A representative kit from the same lot is randomly selected for isolation of RNAs from whole blood. The quality and purity of isolated small RNAs were measured by denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometer. Storage and Stability: Store powder at 4C liquid at -20C. Store other components at 4C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
