Produktbeschreibung

Intelectin-1 (ITLN-1, also called endothelial lectin-1 and omentin), which is a 34kD Ca-dependent galactofuranose-binding lectin that is not a C-type lectin. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-2000 Immunohistochemistry(Frozen): 1:50-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
