Recombinant hemagglutinin glycoprotein provides a control protein for immunoassays and a tool to enhance Orthomyxovirus research. Recombinant, full-length influenza hemagglutinin from virus strain A/Jiangxi-Donghu/346/2013 (H10N8). Recombinant hemagglutinin (rHA) is supplied as an affinity purified protein. rHA is produced in Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus for expression and is purified by FPLC Molecular Weight: ~62kD, without glycosylation Hemagglutination using Turkey Red Blood Cells HA Titer: 1:1024 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
