Reacts strongly with human T. pallidum positive serum. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to immunodominant regions aa23-41, aa288-325 of Treponema pallidum TmpA, partial, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow-through. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
