Immunoreactive with sera from Chlamydia trachomatis W5-W6 -infected individuals with minimum specificity problems. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to MOMP immunodominant region aa252-398 of Chlamydia trachomatis W5-W6, fused to 6x-His at C-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow-through. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
