Produktbeschreibung

Glutathione-S-transferases (GSTs) are ubiquitous multifunctional enzymes, which play a key role in cellular detoxification. The GST gene is often used in gene fusion systems for the expression, purification and detection of fusion proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Dot Blot, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:1000-1:3000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
