Produktbeschreibung

PTH elevates calcium level by dissolving the salts in bone and preventing their renal excretion. Stimulates [1-14C]-2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG) transport and glycogen synthesis in osteoblastic cells. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:21076856}. Biological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by its ability to induce cAMP accumulation in murine MC3T3E1 cells is less than 50ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 2.0x10e4 IU/mg. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
