| PAK4 is a member of the group B family of p21-activated kinases (PAK). Its identified as an effector protein for cell division cycle 42(Cdc42) and protein that play an important role in regulating cytoskeletal organization and cell morphology. Its expression is elevated in many cancer cell lines, and suggested that it plays an important role in tumorigenesis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-591 of human PAK4 fused to His-tag expressed in E. coli.
