ANGPTL7, also known as angiopoietin-related protein 7, is member of the angiopoietin-like family of molecules. Its expressed in the corneal stroma, trabecular meshwork, and sclera. Its production is up-regulated in trabecular meshwork cells by glucocorticoids and TGF-B and in cartilage by TNF-A.
