TXNL4B, also known as Dim2 or DLP, belongs to the DIM1 family that plays an essential role in pro- mRNA splicing. TXNL4B is required in cell cycle progression for S/G2 transition and interact with PRPF6 subunit of the spliceosome. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-149 from human TXNL4B, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
