In the central nervous system, is a regulator of neurite outgrowth and neuronal plasticity, acting through the control of sulfate glycosaminoglycans and neurocan levels. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa37-533 from human Arylsulfatase B, fused to His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in Yeast. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
