Might change the DNA-binding specificity of other transcription factors and recruit them to unusual DNA sites. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-148 from human CEBPG, fused to 6X His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
