Produktbeschreibung

Catalyzes the reduction of soluble flavins by reduced pyridine nucleotides. Seems to reduce the complexed Fe3+ iron of siderophores to Fe2+, thus releasing it from the chelator. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-233 from E. coli dapA, fused to His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
