These activities stimulate cell cycles G1-to-S phase transition and suppress cellular senescence. May play a role in spermatogenesis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-228 from human RNF114, fused to GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli.
