Intended Use: This BioAssay(TM) kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Sulfathiazole concentrations in chicken, liver, honey, milk, egg, urine, serum, pork, and other samples. Sensitivity: 0.4ppb Range: 0.4-32.4ppb. The standard curve concentrations used for the ELISAs were 32.4ppb, 10.8ppb, 3.6ppb, 1.2ppb, 0.4ppb, 0ppb. Precision: Intra-assay: CV%<10% Inter-assay: CV%<10% Test Principle: This BioAssay(TM) employs the indirect competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes.( A Sulfathiazole conjugate has been pre-coated onto a microplate) Then the Sulfathiazole in the sample and the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes compete for the anti-Sulfathiazole antibody. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the sample has a negative correlation with the Sulfathiazole in the sample. This (OD) value is compared to the standard curve and the Sulfathiazole concentration is subsequently obtained. Store other components at 4C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
