CD276, also known as CD276 antigen isoform, is a member of B7 family of immunoregulatory transmembrane glycoproteins expressed by T cells. It is a costimulatory molecule for T cell activation and IFN- gamma production. It upregulates BRCC3 expression, antagonizing DNA damage caused by 5-Fu. It is correlated with TNM stage of NSCLC and may serve as a potential biomarker for NSCLC-derived MPEs. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa29-466 from human CD276, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell.
