Recombinant protein corresponding to P. falciparum MSP-1, fused to His-tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~16.5kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA and Lateral Flow: Capture Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
