This is a receptor for GIP. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:50-1:200 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
