Chlamydophila pneumoniae in SPG buffer. Source: Chlamydophila pneumoniae, strain CWL-029, from HL cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Inactivation: Gamma irradiation. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

HL cells are infected with Chlamydophila pneumoniae. Optimally infected cells are harvested. The final preparation is resuspended in SPG buffer.
