Diclofenac exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. 2-[(2,6-Dichloro-4-oxo-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-ylidene)amino]-benzeneacetic Acid can be used to study cytochrome P 450 isoforms involved in the bioactivation of diclofenac to reactive p-benzoquinone imines (4).
