Cdk4/6 Inhibitor IV is a cell-permeable triaminopyrimidine compound and inhibitor of Cdk4/6. Cdk4/6 inhibitor IV is a monocyte-derived dendritic cell vaccine that contains an antigen to elicit an immune response. It has been shown to be immunogenic and induce antibody production in mice, as well as tumor suppression in various animal models. Cdk4/6 inhibitor IV has also been shown to have the ability to activate and stimulate the immune system by inactivating papillomavirus through the induction of death and immunity. The vaccine can also be sequenced for individualized treatment.
